Brew York was founded in 2016 by friends Wayne Smith and Lee Grabham, who met at a stag do and bonded over their love of craft beer. What began as a home-brewing hobby soon became a shared dream: to open a brewery in the heart of York. Brew York quickly grew into a destination with an on-site Tap Room, offering visitors the chance to enjoy fresh beer right next to the tanks it was brewed in.v
